Barcelona Women's Circle

When was the last time you felt truly listened to? Not having someone's half ear whilst they scroll on their phone, or friends interjecting with their own stories and talking over you.

We have so much going on in our lives - work, parenting, hobbies, friends, family, and often we just keep going, even when we feel overwhelmed with constant demands.

For us international ladies, it can often be hard to find a close friend group where you feel comfortable to be open and not judged.

That's why I am running this Circle for women at the wonderful Heaven Massage Barcelona to come together and have a safe place just to be. No demands, no messages, no judgements, just a chance to speak whatever is on your mind and be listened to.

If you haven't been to a Circle before, it's pretty magical! We have this power to hold space for each other in such a beautiful way 💫 It's honestly like having a massage on your mind (that's actually what one of my clients said about my coaching sessions).

What you can expect from the evening:
🔸 Session will start with a short meditation to relax us and start feeling connected
🔸Each person will have time to speak about what's on their mind
You are free to ask for advice, but it won't be forced upon you!
🔸We'll finish with some intention setting, on how we would like to feel when leaving the session and going back into our daily lives.

For those who don't know me, I've been described as calm, wise, grounded (I would add fun too!) so the session will be relaxed, no pressure, just a lovely lovely time!
