A social dating show where your friends pitch you
SET Uppt is a dating-focused meetup with a twist.
Instead of pitching yourself, you pitch a friend.
Each participant presents a single friend who is currently single and open to meeting someone new. Think short, fun presentations that highlight why your friend is great, not awkward or overly serious.
Presentations can be playful, honest, creative, or charming.
PowerPoints are welcome and encouraged and can be sent beforehand.
The goal is simple: create an easy, social, and entertaining environment where people meet through stories rather than swiping.

### How it works
Before the show, we warm up the room so conversations feel natural and relaxed.
Guests receive “Life Lore” stickers.
You’ll write the title of your coolest or funniest life anecdote on it. No names.
This gives everyone an instant conversation starter and helps the room settle into a playful, open vibe before the show begins.

### Show Schedule
19:00 — Arrival
Guests arrive, grab a drink, and settle in.
19:00–20:00 — Warm-Up & Mingling
Guided social interaction, Life Lore stickers, casual conversations, and an easy intro to the concept.
20:00–22:00 — Live Show
- 12 presentations
- Each pitch lasts 3 to 5 minutes
- Short Q&A after each presentation
- Hosted and lightly moderated to keep things moving and fun
22:00–23:00 — Post-Show Social Hour
Open mingling, follow-up conversations, continued bar activity, and a relaxed close to the night.
