The goal of this meetup is to help increase awareness and understanding of big events (Brexit, US election, etc) happening around the world, that may or may not have impact on the lives of you and me.

Learn the basics of these events through short presentations from the foreigners living in Japan, and deepen your understanding through discussion with local Japanese and people from different countries.

This meetup is a part of the Chiba Casual Meetups, and the events in this group will be organized and sponsored by Chiba Unesco, a NGO that aims to "contribute to the building of peace, the eradication of poverty, sustainable development and intercultural dialogue through education, the sciences, culture, communication and information".
