​In the second half, we’ll ease into stillness with longer-held poses for tissue release, deep breathing, and grounding awareness - embracing our Yin energy (the lunar, softer, and introspective side). 🌙

​A Friday morning reset to restore balance through asana and pranayama, helping you let go of the week and step peacefully into the weekend.
