Soulrise Sessions is a weekly meetup ritual of returning home to ourselves and revitalising our gratitude for life. Through breath, meditation, reflection, music and movement.

Each gathering we present a new theme with the overriding intention to open a fresh window into the present moment. Cultivating creativity, clarity, joy, and the simple fascination in being alive.
