​In this class, we’ll explore the two complementary energies that shape our lives: the ‘doing’ and the ‘being’.

​We’ll begin with an energising Vinyasa flow to awaken the body, connect with our Yang energy (the active, solar side within us) and release any tension from the week.

​In the second half, we’ll ease into stillness, exploring longer-held poses for tissue release, deep breathing, and grounding awareness, embracing our Yin energy (the lunar, softer and introspective side).

​A Sunday reset to restore balance through asana and pranayama, helping you release the week behind and step calmly into the one ahead.
