Ladies,
We can’t deny it—stress is part of our lives. But long-term stress can take a serious toll on our health. And while breathing exercises, mindfulness, and meditation are helpful, effective stress management goes far beyond that. ✨
In this workshop, we’ll explore the roots of stress, how to manage it on a daily basis, and the additional stressors womxn often face. You’ll gain insights into your personal resources for stress management and learn how to cope with challenges in a healthier, more sustainable way. 🪷
🎤 About the speaker:
Fay (they/them) is a non-binary, neurodivergent (Autism + ADHD) certified systemic coach specializing in stress management and burnout prevention. With a background in various fields—from NGOs and project management to retail—they offer coaching and awareness workshops focused on building more inclusive and empathetic spaces.
