Come build balance, strength and flexibility!

Join Leslie Phillips, certified yoga instructor, or other yoga practitioners every Tuesday evening at the Food Co-op for a yoga session to strengthen the body and calm the mind. Chair yoga, a gentle form of yoga that’s done while seated or using a chair for balance, makes the practice accessible to everyone. Dress in comfortable workout gear.

No fee. Donation for Food for All appreciated.

Learn to transform unwanted T-shirts
into earth-friendly reusable tote bags.
It’s easy, fun, and helps the planet!
Join our team of volunteers who turn
shirts into totes to be offered free to
shoppers at the Co-op, The Table, and
the Farmers Market.
Bring your scissors and any shirts
you have, or we can provide shirts.
Shirts should be new or gently
used, washed, of cotton material,
and adult sizes S, M or L.
