Move Better is a 45-minute outdoor class designed to help you feel better in your body, move more freely, and build strength and control in a way that feels supportive, not overwhelming.
It’s ideal if you want to improve mobility, stability, balance, posture and core strength, especially if you’ve felt stiff, out of routine, or unsure where to start.
This class is delivered in English.
Led by Tracy, corrective exercise specialist and personal trainer @tracy.rehabcoach, these sessions combine smart movement, functional strength and body control to help you build confidence and stay active.
No shouting. No pressure. No burpees.
Expect to:
- improve mobility, stability and body awareness
- build strength gradually
- train in a friendly, supportive group
- leave feeling better, stronger and more switched on in your body
What to bring:
- comfortable clothes
- a mat or towel
- water
- a willingness to try something new
