We run 2 weekly coach-led outdoor sessions:

Monday 10:30 – Move Better
Mobility, stability, core, body control and injury prevention

Wednesday 19:30 – Train Strong
Strength, conditioning, confidence and challenge

We also host monthly social events, movement sessions and workshops, so it’s not just about turning up, exercising and leaving. It’s about building a community and enjoying movement with other people in Valencia.

Our sessions are designed to help you:

  • build real strength
  • move better and feel better in your body
  • improve confidence and fitness
  • stay active in a way that feels sustainable

This isn’t a military bootcamp.

No shouting. No punishment. No stupidly intense sessions for the sake of it.

Expect smart programming, simple equipment, bodyweight training, good coaching and a supportive atmosphere. Sessions are challenging but scalable, so they work for beginner to intermediate levels and anyone who wants to train in a way that feels effective without being overwhelming.
