All are welcome!! This meetup is held in the meeting room of the Greater Los Angeles REALTORS (GLAR), and is sponsored by the GLAR Commercial Committee. There is a new chair and vice-chair this year (Christian Grusq and Phoenix Thottam) and we hope to bring in new faces and provide value to participants by organizing high quality events.

The GLAR Commercial Committee brings in expert speakers from the industry to share their experience (Title, 1031 Exchanges, Probate, Multifamily, Commercial Lenders etc.) Come hear about off-market or "pocket" listings during the marketing/ networking portion of this event!
