Constitutional studies
Detalles
This will be an introductory session along with a look at the subject of Constitutions. I will talk about my background and then give an introductory talk on constitutions. When I say constitutions, I mean the state constitutions written leading up to the federal constitution. This is, as you should see, extremely important as this background information brings much of the federal constitution into focus before it's ever written. Among other things, I will show you the "who and where" the first constitution was adopted and where the "bill of rights" come from. I will talk about these things in great detail. It's going to be from 7 to 9, 2 hours with a 15 minute break but the length of time in future sessions might be adjusted according to how things go over time. When I posted this, the time came up wrong and no matter what I do, I can't change that for some reason, but the time will be from 7 to 9 on the 31st.
