I host both Holotropic and NeuroDynamic Breathwork Workshops. Holotropic Breathwork sessions are in-person and NeuroDynamic Breathwork sessions are both in-person and online. NeuroDynamic Breathwork is a modality that I created 5 years ago and has an online community of 125,000 people from 120 different countries.
