Holotropic Breathwork Circle

Welcome. The Holotropic Breathwork Circle provides self-exploration in a safe and non-judgmental setting. Developed by Stan and Christina Grof, holotropic breathwork sessions are journeys through the realms of the human unconscious.

Holotropic breathwork sessions take place on Monday evenings at 1996 Union Street 300 E, San Francisco, CA 94123 from 7 pm to 10 pm. Please RSVP, as space is limited. Suggested Donation: $100

About the Facilitator: Jimmy Eyerman, MD practices Integrative Holistic Medicine and Psychiatry in San Francisco, California. He holds a Classics AB from the College of the Holy Cross, an MD from St. Louis University, and a Psychiatry certification from Washington University, St. Louis. To address the psyche in-depth, Jimmy utilizes Non-Ordinary States of Consciousness (NOSCs), psychopharmacology, meditation, Jungian dreamwork, Ericksonian Hypnosis, EMDR, Ayurvedic medicine, and Jyotish. The long-term goals of treatment are personal growth and transformation. Jimmy also serves as a psychopharmacology advisor to the California Department of State Hospitals.
