🌿 What makes a truly supportive space for your baby
🌿 How to encourage natural, healthy development
🌿 How to feel confident and relaxed through your baby’s learning process
🌿 Plus — a short movement experience for moms to feel the method in their own body

This Friday at 10:00 I’ll be hosting a Developmental Guidance Workshop for Parents & Babies at Baby Beans Café.

A warm and enriching session for parents with babies in the early developmental stages (up to standing). During the 1-hour workshop, we will explore babies’ movement and developmental needs, learn how to support them through playful movement together 🤹‍♀️

A lovely opportunity to meet other parents and babies in the community. The session is open to all parents

I’m Sigal Avital, a Feldenkrais teacher for over 20 years, specializing in JKA – Developmental Movement for Babies & Children.
Originally from Israel, now based in Lisbon.
