In recent years Chai has become a very popular and fashionable drink! However, the vast majority of what is being sold as Chai in your local Specialty Coffee House or neighborhood Bakery/Café/Coffee-chain is made from syrups and powders that makes me indignant. Sure, most people enjoy these Milky, sugary "Chais" and "Matchas" but they are nothing like a true, authentic Chai made from scratch and I wish they called it something else... like Sugary Milky Cinnamon Latte. At Caj Chai we make authentic Chai blends, grinding the spices ourselves. If you want to learn more about Chai and what a real good Chai should consist of and taste like you should sign up for this workshop! This 2 hour workshop is aimed at beginners and more experienced tea lovers who want to broaden their knowledge of Chai.

We will taste a variety of different Chais and teach you how to prepare it at home.
