Pablo will guide us through:

• Achieving the perfect rice texture and preparing it for different types of sushi.

You'll also learn to:

• Make two sauces: a sweet teriyaki-style sauce and ponzu sauce, to pair with the uramaki, maki, futomaki, and temaki you'll craft during the experience.

To conclude, you'll share a table with Pablo and the other guests to enjoy all the creations in a delightful evening, accompanied by a wine selection curated by our sommelier.
