• Cada primer y tercer sábado del mes en castellano
• Cada segundo y cuarto sábado del mes en inglés

Lugar: En el río, columnes blanques, altura Pont d'Aragó
Hora: 12:00 - 13:45

Incluye:

• Ejercicios propedeúticos
• Control de entrada y salida
• Alineación

Llevar:

• toalla o esterilla
• agua

No hace falta experiencia previa. Todos los ejercicios vienen con varios niveles de dificultad.

Trabajaremos sobre todo la linea recta pero al final jugaremos un poco con otras posturas chulas :)

No prior experience is necessary. All exercises come with various levels of difficulty.

We will mainly work on achieving a straight line, but at the end we will also play around with some other cool poses :)
