House Hunters Lunch

Okay so this is a bit of an experiment. In London the concept of meetups for people looking for a place to rent is quite popular. I'm organising this to figure out if there is demand for something similar in Madrid.
If you're house hunting (looking for a flat, house etc to rent or buy) just come along for lunch and exchange tips etc with others in the same situation.

The lunch here (menu del dia) here is 11 euros and is pretty good value.

There is another place with the same name on Calle de Carlos Arniches - make sure not to go there!
