2. Group discussions and activities to generate practical ideas - centred on a real life case study through which we can observe how to initiate growth. We will focus on the first step: getting the business, the team and leadership ready and aligned before recruiting.

Then, for those who wish, we will go together to a bar nearby to finish the night, eat for some, and keep on talking as it always happens!
