Join me once a week for a 75-minute evening Tantric Hatha class designed to help you decompress after work, release tension from the body, and sleep deeply so you wake up relaxed, clear, and recharged for the day ahead.

This is a practice of presence, energy, and nervous-system reset: we move with intention, breathe with awareness, and finish with stillness so your system can truly downshift.

What this class is for (the goals):

What to expect:
🌀 Hatha-based flow with a mindful, progressive sequence (movement that makes sense, not random)
🧘‍♀️ Asana practice to mobilize, strengthen gently, and open what feels tight from sitting/working
🌬 Pranayama to clear mental fog and bring you back to your center
💆‍♀️ before Savasana the very last 2 asana Yin-style relaxation/long holds to melt tension and reset before sleep.
We’ll move with purpose: activate what needs to wake up, soften what’s ready to release.
You’ll leave feeling grounded, spacious, and calm like you’ve closed the day properly.
