Andreas Katzig
Andreas has over 20 years in tech and product development, impacting various tech sectors with his risk-embracing, experiential approach. In the gaming sector, he created successful titles for the "Angry Birds" series, reaching 100 million users. At ottonova, Germany's digital health insurer, he was CTO, Managing Director, and Information Security Officer, pivotal in expanding the company's services and team. As CT(P)O at XPAY, he led a transition to agile, introduced OKRs, and co-developed a mobile banking app with Solarisbank and Visa. Currently, with Linden25, he consults startups and established firms in tech, product and organizational development.
Johann Romefort
Johann, with 25 years in tech, started as a software architect before co-founding Seesmic, where he led a 50-engineer team and achieved a $16 million raise, culminating in an acquisition by Hootsuite. In Munich, he became a Tech Evangelist at Stylight, hosting over 200 events and the major DAHO.AM conference, drawing 1,500 attendees. As Managing Director at Techstars' BSH Future Home Accelerator, he invested in 20 "Future of Home Living" companies from 2018 to 2020. As CTO-In-Residence at Techstars, he's mentored 300+ CTOs, conducts Tech Due Diligences, and authored "A Guide to Surviving Tech Due Diligence." He also consults as a fractional CTO.
