Hola!, el Domingo vamos de ruta a las preciosas Chorreras de Miraflores de la Sierra volviendo por Los Diecisiete Hermanos desde la Fuente del Cura. (me han pedido que la repita). Despues como siempre, los que quieran nos tomaremos unas cervezas y tapas en el bonito pueblo de Miraflores.
Realizaremos ruta para disfrutar por los Montes de Miraflores e iremos a sus conocidas Chorreras y al majestuoso corro de robles de Los Diecisiete Hermanos.
La ruta inicia desde el Área Recreativa de la Fuente del Cura junto al río Miraflores para ir subiendo lentamente hasta pasar junto a la Fuente de la Villa y nos adentramos rodeados por un magnífico robledal (con todas sus hojas cubriendo en su totalidad el terreno). Despues nos desviamos para alcanzar la Chorrera del Barranco de los Eriales.
Cruzamos el "puente" sobre las aguas del Barranco de los Eriales, teniendo de fondo el Embalse de Santillana y el Cerro de San Pedro.
Volvemos a la senda superando el Barranco de la Hoyuela para encontrarnos con la Fuente de la Parada del Rey para llegar a una hermosa pradera donde se encuentran un majestuoso corro de robles: "Los Diecisiete Hermanos". Desde aquí nos dirigiremos hacia el Noreste hasta llegar de nuevo al Área Recreativa.
Despues para celebrar nuestro logro nos tomaremos unas merecidas cervezas y unas tapas por el pueblo de Miraflores de la Sierra!!. :-)

Desnivel: +384m
Duración de ruta: 4 h.
Dificultad: Facil y Media para los que no tengan buena forma física.

SE ACONSEJA TRAER: Botas de montaña, ropa de invierno, crema de sol, guantes, gorro y gafas de sol si se tiene. También 1 litro de agua y algo ligero de comer (zumo, frutos secos, fruta..) y bocadillo.
***Hora y lugar de salida*** : Iremos los que quieran en autobús público conmigo (los que tengan abono transporte de la comunidad de Madrid les sale gratis) en el intercambiador de Plaza Castilla y los que tengan coche o quieran compartir gasolina, con el propio conductor en su propio vehículo, quedando en un segundo punto. Para todo esto nos organizamos tod@s por whatsapp:
- En Autobus: Quedaremos a las 09:00 am en la estación del intercambiador de Plaza Castilla en la fila del autobús 725, de la dársena 26 que está en el nivel -3 del Intercambiador de Plaza Castilla.
- Si vais en coche: poneros en contacto por el grupo de whatsapp para indicaros el 2 punto de encuentro (de inicio de ruta). Y organizar el compartir coches y gasolina. (se estipula el gasto a 25c/km a repartir entre los que van en el coche, siempre que el conductor desee compartir su vehículo).
- Si vais desde otra dirección o fuera de Madrid, por favor ponerse en contacto con el organizador.

Hello!
On Sunday, we are going on a hike to the beautiful Chorreras of Miraflores de la Sierra, returning via Los Diecisiete Hermanos from Fuente del Cura. Afterward, as always, we will enjoy some beers and well-deserved tapas.
We will embark on a beautiful route through the Montes de Miraflores. We will visit the well-known Chorreras and the majestic circle of oaks at Los Diecisiete Hermanos.
The route starts from the Recreational Area of Fuente del Cura, next to the Miraflores River, and ascends slowly until we pass by Fuente de la Villa. We then enter a magnificent oak forest, with all its fallen leaves covering the ground entirely. Afterward, we take a detour to reach the Chorrera del Barranco de los Eriales.
We will cross the "bridge" over the waters of Barranco de los Eriales, with the Santillana Reservoir and Cerro de San Pedro as a backdrop.
We then return to the trail, crossing Barranco de la Hoyuela, where we find Fuente de la Parada del Rey before arriving at a beautiful meadow where a majestic circle of oaks, "Los Diecisiete Hermanos," stands. From there, we will head northeast until we reach the Recreational Area again.
Afterward, to celebrate our achievement, we will enjoy some well-earned beers and tapas in the town of Miraflores de la Sierra! :-)

- Duration: 4 hours
- Difficulty: Easy to moderate for those who are not in good physical shape.

### Recommended Gear:
Hiking boots, winter clothing, sunscreen, gloves, hat, and sunglasses if available. Also, bring 1 liter of water and a light snack (juice, nuts, fruit...) and a sandwich.
### Meeting Time & Place:
Those who wish can take the public bus with me (free for those with a Madrid public transport pass) from the Plaza Castilla transport hub. Those with cars or who want to share fuel costs can meet with the driver at a second meeting point. We will coordinate everything via WhatsApp.
- By Bus: We will meet at 9:00 AM at the Plaza Castilla transport hub, in line for bus 725, at dock 26, located on level -3.
- By Car: Contact the group via WhatsApp to get details on the second meeting point (hike starting location) and to organize carpooling and fuel costs (estimated at €0.25/km, to be split among passengers, provided the driver agrees to share their vehicle).
- If coming from another direction or outside Madrid, please contact the organizer.
