We will meet to enjoy connecting with Nature and each other in a conscious way, inmersing ourselves into the present moment, enjoying a peaceful walk. We will practise staying connected to our breath and presence along the way and reduce mental noise. I will offer guided meditations at this magical hour 🌅
It is recommended to wear comfortable clothing and shoes that allow you to walk comfortably on earthy path, as well as something for you to sit or lay on now that the warm weather is back!
No pets should come to the event to keep everybody at ease. 🙏🏻
For those who wish, we will go and enjoy a drink after the activity 🥰

Nos reuniremos para disfrutar de la naturaleza y conectar profundamente, tanto con el entorno como con nosotros mismos de manera consciente.

Durante la caminata, practicaremos mantenernos en conexión con nuestra respiración y presencia, buscando reducir el ruido mental. Ofreceré algunas meditaciones guiadas para ayudar en este proceso de conexión y calma a esa hora mágica 🌅.
Es recomendable llevar ropa cómoda y calzado adecuado para caminar sobre senderos de tierra, así que algo para sentarse o tumbarse en el suelo ya que el buen tiempo está de vuelta y lo permite 😁
Para garantizar el bienestar de todos, no se permiten mascotas. 🙏🏻
