Te invito a una experiencia de mindfulness en el parque: comenzaremos con un paseo relajante, disfrutando del entorno natural y de nuestra propia presencia. Será una oportunidad perfecta para desconectar del ruido, respirar aire fresco y reconectar contigo.

Después, nos sumergiremos en una sesión de mindfulness diseñada para calmar la mente y soltar tensiones acumuladas. Regresaremos por una ruta circular sintiéndonos más ligeros, presentes y renovados.

Te llevarás herramientas útiles para integrar esa calma en tu día a día.
