Keeping Calm When Things Get Stressful
Detalles
with Kadampa Meditation Teacher, Hayes Holderness
The holiday season can be a time of joy, connection, and meaning — but it can also bring stress, mixed emotions, and challenging interactions. In this two-part series, we’ll explore practical Buddhist methods to cultivate a peaceful mind that can genuinely enjoy the holidays. Through guided meditations and clear, accessible teachings, we’ll learn how to open our heart with love and maintain patience when difficulties arise, helping us create harmony within ourselves and with those we spend time with. Each session includes meditation, teaching, and time for questions. Everyone is welcome.
