Her core believe? Technology landscape is always evolving, it is the the human value and experience that we create matters. From UX strategy, concept prototyping, design delivery, to product iteration — she challenges collaborators to reframe the problem to solve and focus on creating solutions that drives positive change.

Designer, builder, and hands-on problem solver with over a decade of experience turning ideas into real products. Currently shaping the future of customer service at Fin, an AI-native company, from design to AI to shipped product.

Rhied Al-Othmani – lecturer and researcher at Hogeschool Utrecht
Currently a PhD candidate researching conversational agents in the public sector and impact on trust. Also a lecturer at the master Data-driven Design, with a focus on how to design responsibly for human-ai interaction.
