What is meditation and what is 'not' meditation.
There are many new so-called meditations techniques that are supposed to give an experience of meditation. In Sahaja yoga you go beyond your thoughts, do not create new thoughts or retrieve any old thoughts. We center in the 'now'.
This evening we will focus on our meditation and how to remain in the meditative mood. You cannot actually 'do' meditation. It is a state of being and Sahaja Yoga takes you there....
We will guide and help you to feel your subtle system and how to enter into the state of thoughtless awareness.
Our programs are every Thursday at Oscars gate 36B in Oslo (Frogner). Each session starts at 19:00 and ends at 20:30.
- What is meditation, and how to achieve it effortlessly?
- Where does the identity called “I” come from?
- Can we enjoy a peaceful state within, in our busy daily life?
In the weekly meetings, you will get answers to all these questions. Most importantly, you will experience the awakening of the Motherly energy within you and the joyful state of thoughtless awareness – spontaneously!
For that, you do not need to pay anything or have any prior experience, but only a pure desire to know the true Self which is full of peace, joy, and love for others.
We look forward to journeying through this inner awakening and transformation with you, every Monday evening.
The focus of the session is the experience of meditation, thoughtless awareness, and inner peace through guided meditation. We will share knowledge about our subtle system – chakras, channels, and simple Sahaja Yoga techniques to balance ourselves and help us go deeper into our meditation.
Our courses are suitable for everyone of all ages, no physical yoga, no prior knowledge or experience is required.
Our meditation sessions are always completely free of charge.
