We gather every Saturday at 16h for our weekly collective meditation practice.

Our sessions are based on Rajadhiraja Yoga, a holistic system that integrates the classical eight-limbed (Ashtanga) yoga, Tantra, a structured series of meditation lessons, and a deep spiritual and social philosophy.

The meditations are held as part of the Meditation Steps project — a non-profit initiative that aims to make meditation and yoga accessible to everyone and inspire positive change in society.

​Our facilitator Michael, has been practicing meditation for five years and guides sessions that blend dynamic and silent meditation. His approach combines movement, breath, and stillness to create a modern, grounding experience that helps people reconnect with clarity and calm.
