This guided experience invites you into a deeply relaxed hypnotic state where the analytical mind softens and deeper layers of memory, emotion, and subconscious patterning become accessible.
Before the hypnotic journey begins, we open the space with a short cacao ceremony 🌿. Cacao has traditionally been used as a gentle heart-opening ritual that helps the body relax and the mind slow down, allowing you to arrive fully present for the experience.
From there, you will be guided into hypnosis with calming music 🎶 and verbal guidance.
In this state, the mind becomes more receptive to inner information and subconscious imagery. You will be guided into a symbolic or archetypal past life experience — not to escape reality, but to explore the deeper origin of patterns that continue to repeat in your life.
Each journey unfolds differently. Some people experience images or scenes, others receive insight through emotions, body sensations, thoughts, or a quiet inner knowing.
There is no right or wrong way to experience hypnosis — simply allow whatever arises to unfold naturally.

What Is Hypnosis? 🧘♀️
Hypnosis is a natural state of focused awareness and deep relaxation — similar to the moments just before sleep or during meditation.
During hypnosis, brain activity shifts from the analytical Beta brainwave state into slower Alpha and Theta brainwaves, which are associated with creativity, emotional processing, memory access, and subconscious learning.
In this state, the mind becomes more open to insight, intuition, and deeper self-reflection.
Contrary to common myths, hypnosis does not involve losing control. You remain aware throughout the experience and can return to full alertness at any moment.

**Sabina Medina** is a Barcelona-based holistic coach, movement facilitator, and corporate wellbeing consultant with over 18 years of experience designing and delivering international events and human-centred experiences.
She is the founder of Samanà Space and Slow Up Lab, where she creates spaces for conscious connection, embodied practices, and community. Her work integrates mindfulness, nervous system awareness, movement, and ritual to support individuals and teams in cultivating clarity, resilience, and sustainable wellbeing.
