Hi and welcome! This is a friendly, 'not so fast', cycling group. We have a few regulars . . and always welcome newcomers. We have a regular Tuesday ride . . that always meets at Sea Breeze Cafe, University Ave. and freeway Frontage Road, (on the Bay side!), in Berkeley. I think we average 8 to 10 miles per hour . . We've been scheduling a once a month ride across the Golden Gate Bridge . . and other rides . . as members suggest them, and agree to host them. The Tuesday rides are fairly flat . . but pretty much anywhere else we go . . there will be hills.

We're friendly and welcoming . . so just 'do it' . . and find out for yourself, if this is a good group for you.
