What's a Lean Coffee?
From the Lean Coffee website, we have that “Lean Coffee is a structured, but agenda-less meeting. Participants gather, build an agenda, and begin talking. Conversations are directed and productive because the agenda for the meeting was democratically generated.”

Roundtables of 4/5 people
Basically, we'll divide into groups of 4/5 with people we haven't met before and will have conversations about new technologies, team dynamics, agile methodologies, software design considerations, management, recruitment and many more. Each group is free to decide which topics to touch.

What's the goal?
Have fun, share thoughts and learn new things from new people in a safe environment for everyone. We borrowed the CoC from our mates of the Socrates Conferences (https://www.socrates-conference.de/values)
