The experience is created with ambient sound scapes, crystal and Himalayan singing bowls, the wind gong and other therapeutic instruments to allow full immersion.
Our minds can often start overthinking when we try to slow down, however,
the pure sound waves will guide you gently into a theta brainwave state, which takes you out of the busy, overly analytical mind and into a deeper state of presence, where your body can feel safe enough to fully process, relax, recharge and restore itself.
When your body isn’t in “survival mode,” everything functions more optimally. Your mind becomes clearer, your energy more balanced and your whole system can work in harmony rather than chaos. This is where deep restoration and self healing begins.
Herbal tea will be served at the end of the session to help ground and integrate the experience.
Mats, blankets and pillows are provided by the studio, we encourage you to bring an extra blanket as it can get cold when lying still for an hour. If you have any back issues you can bring extra cushions for lower back support or we will do our best to provide a chair if you contact us before the session.
