St. Louis Drawing & Painting Meetup

Come draw our latest model Mel D! This they’re second time here for us so lets welcome them back! The session is our usual timed poses From short to Long. I’ll post a photo of them in the photo file below! So come out andd Draw! 20 dollars at fee paid directly to me at the timer or to the art guild in person or via their or site

Let's hang out and sketch some animals. Just bring your sketchbook and preferred sketching medium.
Let's try to meet near the pond with the sea lion statues just inside the South Entrance* at 10:00 am. From there we can either stick together or break apart and go draw. Then we can regroup around 11:45 at the South Entrance again to share what we saw and drew.

In case the weather is rainy, keep an eye on the comments on this event for an alternate indoor meeting spot.

Note: This event is not at all officially associated with the zoo, we are just making use of an incredible free to the public space. Please be respectful of other zoo-goers and the animals.

Parking Tips: The zoo itself is free, but the zoo lots are $20 to park in. If you don't mind extra walking, you can usually find free street parking somewhere in Forest Park. There is also additional overflow parking across the overpass to the south of the zoo that several people have recommended.
