I'm starting something and I thought of you, women based in beautiful Málaga.
It's called Power Hour : a small, intimate gathering for women working in and around tech. Not a networking event, not a panel, not a training session.
Dinner. A real topic. An honest conversation.
The first session is in Málaga, small group, and I'm being deliberate about who I invite,women who have something to say and aren't afraid to say it.
The topic for the first one is something we all navigate but rarely name out loud: what it actually costs us ,professionally and personally , to work in this industry. The invisible stuff. The stuff we edit out of our LinkedIn posts.
