As a FemTechConf Ambassador based in Málaga, I've spent years working in and around the tech industry and I've noticed something.
We talk a lot about what we do. Almost never about what it costs to do it.
Power Hour is my answer to that.
This is a community for women in Málaga who want more than a professional event. It doesn't matter if you work in IT, marketing, finance, sales, operations, or anywhere else in or around the tech world. What matters is that you're a woman navigating a working life and you have something real to say about it.
We go deep on topics that actually matter: the invisible load, the double standards, the moments we've had to edit ourselves to fit — and what we want to build instead.
