Urban Hike Lafayette Moraga trail

Join Bea for our first urban hike on the Beautiful Lafayette-Moraga Trail We will meet at the South Picnic Area at the Moraga Commons Park and hike 4 miles . It is an out and back trip. We will leave Moraga Commons Park , head past St Mary's College towards Lafayette Community Park. The trail is paved and has very little elevation. We will walk at a brisk 3 mph to keep our heart rates up.
Afterwards those who are thirsty or hungry can join us at the Canyon Club Brewery
