We celebrate the inclusion of members of the LGBTQ+ community and welcome people of **all** backgrounds and gender identities to get involved. **These sessions are designed to be casual and easy to get involved with** * Each session will start with a small warm up, alongside a brief introduction of the rules for newer players. * Some drills and skills will be taught before heading into matches. * Players will be sorted into teams, and we'll have several mixed games across the evening (sunlight depending) * Games will run for 20 minutes each, split into two 10-minute halves. * Afterwards we'll head to either The Red Lion to relax, hang out, and get to know the other players. **Please bring** * Suitable athletic or outdoor footwear * *Trainers or Football Boots* * Suitable clothing for exercise * A mouthgaurd Whether you’re brand new to sport, a seasoned athlete, or just wanting to give something new and interesting a go - this is the place to be!

It’s very beginner-friendly and not competitive at all, we don’t keep score! The focus is just on getting out, having fun, and meeting new people. Most of us are in our 20s–40s, and some haven’t played in years (or ever), so don’t worry if you’re new or rusty 😊 The numbers on this page don't reflect the full group as we are in other platforms too. We’re looking for more players, and all abilities are welcome. We split the cost of the pitch between us about £6 depending on how many people are splitting the cost.
