We are gathering for a rare candle workshop of mine at the new studio at Kaarli pst 11, where we will learn to mold magic candles by hand, using natural beeswax and whatever you can find in the witch's cabinet. Jus natural beeswax from a local bee farmer, Alice at Kajamiku Farm, your own two hands and an intention. I will guide you how, but I will not be telling you what to do. We will be practicing your intuition and channel information from the Field to programme your candle. And, of course, I will teach you what's the point of candles and rituals, and how to actually use these for powerful transformation and changes. I would know, I sell these as a professional witch and people are quite happy with them. Some extra rare ingredients like snake skin, hedgehog fuzz etc. will cost extra, but otherwise most of my herbs are included in the price already. Normal price is €15 per person. As a follow-up to our macro class and to get ready for our May and June Field Shoots, we are going to have a macro training "class." I will attempt to work through a number of macro shoots with the group. Those with cameras can try to shoot the same subjects I am shooting. We will start with some small objects and work our way down to smaller and smaller ones. As we photograph each subject, we will consider depth of field, focal plane management, subject composition, background, and lighting. I have no idea how many subjects we will get through, but we will give it our best shot (pun intended!). Bring your camera, whatever macro gear you might have, a tripod if you have one, whatever lighting you may have, etc. This will really be an exercise in seeing what you have, me showing you some ways to approach the subjects, and seeing what works! I am going to add an extra hour to this meeting! CYA There!!!!!
