To become a member, you need to hold the title of Toastmasters competent communicator (CC), have performed at least 8 out of 10 speeches from your CC manual, or have completed Pathways level three. Practice selected ForestMind exercises and include optional moments of shared reflection in a safe, supportive space. Some invitations focus on noticing and kindly accepting your own thoughts, emotions, and bodily sensations.
