-Outdoor Functional Training for All Fitness Levels- Join us as we combine healthy, balanced movement with fun, gamified ideas to give you our unique FUNctional training! And in case that doesn’t really tell you what to expect, just think short intervals of exercise combined together in a playful and interactive way to help you strengthen your body in a sustainable way while allowing you to meet new people (and often even forget how hard you’re working out). As a reminder for those nervous about their fitness level: Everything we do, we do with all fitness levels in mind; so the exercises are always adjustable to your level and you’re always strongly encouraged to take it at your own pace - I mean, we’re not called My Pace for nothing! How to find us: We meet and train behind the calisthenics workout station on the Zirkuswiese of the Prater. Here a link to the location on Google maps: https://maps.app.goo.gl/QdRPEaYTiavZbmVW7 Cost: In the interest of inclusivity, we've decided to make our sessions donations based here, so you're invited to pay what you can afford. If that actually makes you more uncomfortable and doesn't make it easier to come, know that we've received donations from €2 to €20 and they all made us very happy, because our primary goal is to get people moving and to show them it can be fun all in all. The money is secondary. One other thing that’s useful to know: - In the case of bad weather, we do have a back-up location that will protect us from the rain. Should we need to move, we will change the location of this event here. Please feel free to check back here before any event where you suspect bad weather or, even better, simply get in touch with us! We’re available via WhatsApp message or email. --- If you'd like to know more about My Pace, feel free to visit our website at https://www.mypace.at

Meaningful Connections
Meaningful Connections
*A gentle gathering for friendship, love, and real human depth* **Genuine connection can sometimes feel rare.** We meet many people. We exchange words. We scroll, we swipe. And still, something deeper remains untouched. **This is not a dating event**. Not networking. Not therapy. It is a gently guided evening for thoughtful adults who value depth over small talk and who long for meaningful connection — whether friendship, love, or simply resonance. Through guided conversations and reflective moments, we create a relaxed and respectful space to meet beyond roles and expectations. You may leave with a new acquaintance, a spark, or simply the quiet reassurance that depth still exists. For women and men 40+. Limited group size to maintain quality and balance. I look forward to welcoming you. Warmly, Dieter PS: A contribution of €25 will be collected to cover the costs, like sandwiches, drinks, cookies, coffee, tea, and room . Additional donations are most welcome. PPS: 1st door (if closed) use code 2008 + push the button with the bell symbol; at the 2nd door ring at Int'l. Management Institute/ System. Institute. Queer Book Club Vienna – Who’s Afraid of Gender? by Judith Butler
## **A Queer Book Club Exploring Gender, Politics, and Power** Join us this April for our Queer Book Club at Villa Vida Café as we dive into *Who’s Afraid of Gender?* by Judith Butler — one of the most influential thinkers in contemporary gender theory. In this session, we’ll unpack Butler’s latest work, which examines how “gender” has become a political flashpoint across the world. The book explores how anti-gender movements operate, what’s at stake, and how language, fear, and power shape public discourse. This is a space for collective reading, critical thinking, and community exchange. No academic background needed—just curiosity and openness. *** ## **About the Book** *Who’s Afraid of Gender?* looks at the global backlash against gender theory and LGBTQIA+ rights. Butler analyzes how gender has been framed as a threat in political rhetoric, and what this reveals about broader struggles over democracy, freedom, and identity. Expect themes like: * Anti-gender movements and moral panic * The politics of language and framing * Queer and trans resistance * Power, fear, and ideology *** ## **Event Details** * **Date:** Sunday, April 12, 2026 * **Time:** 14:00 * **Location:** Villa Vida Café * **Room:** Main Café Space * **Language:** English (German possible if needed) *** ## **What to Expect** * Guided but open discussion * Space to share reflections or just listen * Community-focused and low-pressure atmosphere * Mixed group: regulars + new faces always welcome You don’t have to finish the book to join—but it helps. *** ## **Accessibility & Community Care** * Step-free access available * Accessible toilet * This is a queer-centered, respectful space * No tolerance for discriminatory behavior *** ## **Collaboration** **The Queer Book Club is hosted In collaboration with** [o*books](http://o-book.at/) & [hint.wien](http://hint.wien/). ...and speaking of breakthrough roles: who can forget the first time we saw Tom Cruise singing Bob Seeger in his underwear? Data & Analytics Wednesday - The Data-Driven Brand
Data & Analytics Wednesday - The Data-Driven Brand
**The Data-Driven Brand: Using Analytics to Shape Perception** Can you use analytics to improve tacos? This being CBUSDAW, we think the answer is probably “yes”, but we’re not sure how to implement or test this theory. For our April meetup we’ve got Sara Kear, CMO of Condado Tacos, to investigate this delicious question. Sara will explore how she blends quantitative data and qualitative customer feedback to shape brand positioning and drive business decisions. We all know that marketing and analytics go way beyond attribution. Sara will show how Condado uses customer insights to inform product and pricing strategy. She’ll also highlight how Condado leverages customer feedback at scale to influence operational priorities, positioning marketing as the voice of the customer across the organization. In the last 12 years Condado has gone from one location in Columbus to 52 locations across 10 states, so we’re guessing there’s more to that growth than really good guac (though the guac probably helps). Ultimately, this talk focuses on the intersection of art and science—using data to inform creativity and build a brand that resonates with customers in a measurable way. **About Our Speaker** Sara Kear is Chief Marketing Officer at Condado Tacos, where she oversees brand, restaurant design, menu and pricing strategy, off-premise including catering, and customer data strategy. Since joining in 2021, she has helped grow the brand from 19 to 52 locations while building a data-driven marketing organization focused on loyalty and customer insights. Condado has since been named to the Inc. 5000, recognized as Breakout Retailer by Chain Store Age, and consistently ranked among FastCasual’s Top 100 Movers & Shakers.
