En esta noche de café con marraqueta, hablaremos sobre **"Tips para tus entrevistas tech".** Viajando en el tiempo al 2016 cuando la comunidad **La Paz Cloud** inició y hoy en día se convirtió en el **AWS User Group La Paz**, soliamos reunirnos en el **Café Sangre y Madera**, algo más casual en donde hablamos o discutiamos sobre un tema en específico, las risas no faltaban pero principalmente: tod@s aprendiamos. Es por eso que deseamos retornar a esas noches de café junto con nuevas personas que estén con ganas de aprender y compartir algo relacionado a cloud, AWS y tecnología en general. Es un espacio más tranqui y casual en el que podremos conocernos y aprender juntos.

The Humanist Monthly Program is our longest running event and still a community favorite. In the old days it used to be called "Going to HCCO" and we still like to think of it as our flagship event. We will be hearing from Becca Powell, Director of Advocacy and Outreach at Unchained At Last, an organization whose mission is dedication to ending forced and child marriage in the United States through direct services and systems change. Unchained At Last's mission clearly meshes and addresses several of our Humanist Ten Commitments. Becca will educate us about an issue many of us may not be familiar with--but should be. Food and drinks will be provided at the event. Feel free to show up a little bit early to hang out and talk. Going forward our meetings will be hybrid. This week is Twos-day on a Wednesday. Bring your favorite 2 player games and be ready to teach some and learn others. We'll bounce around and get to know new people and new games. Think speed dating but without the stress, romance or dating! And we don't judge, if you'd prefer to stick to bigger games by all means, go for it! The Forge does have a full bar and kitchen. There is no cover charge but they do request all attendees to purchase a minimum of ~$20 per person. Soft drink refills are $1 each. Please support our hosts so we can continue to provide great events for the group! The Forge has a large library of games available for us to enjoy. Hosts and regulars will also provide numerous popular games but please bring any games you would like to teach and/or play. Doors open at 6, and we expect gaming to be rolling by around 630. Please promptly end your games and clear out the space at 10pm when the bar closes. We encourage socializing but do not permit disruptive behavior of any kind.
