**Invitation** **We are the instruments.** A participatory, improvised, embodied practice that reconnects us to one another through rhythm, voice, and play. This is a guided yet fully improvised experience, using the facilitation tools and methods of [Musica do Circulo](https://www.musicadocirculo.com/en). No prior experience is required, only an openness to connect with other humans in your own fun, light and authentic way. Circle songs are an invitation into a fully immersive, fully improvised musical experience using vocals, body percussion and movement. From there, we'll take a walk to CCCB (The Centre de Cultura Contemporània de Barcelona), which has a café and co-working space. Once we get there, we'll ask for coffee/tea and get ready to embark on our creative journey! The art-making process will serve as a bridge for social and creative communication, and the theme will be centered around traveling and the things that make us vibrate. We'll start by using imagery, storytelling, and moving freely between drawing and writing to collage. We'll also work collaboratively, with each collaborator adding to a composition in sequence, allowing creativity to flow as we play. The main objective is self-expression, awakening creativity, having fun, and sharing a nice time together while colors and words come together to empower the artistic experience. I will guide you in the right direction to create something that you may have never thought of on your own, and you can take your own pace with art and bring it back home. The aim of this art workshop is to enhance your own creativity and self-expression. When he learns that an operation may restore her sight, he sets off to earn the money she needs to have the surgery. He also befriends an alcoholic millionaire who only recognizes him when he is drunk. When the blind girl and her grandmother fall behind in the rent and face eviction, he tries working and even enters a boxing competition to raise the money they need. Regarded as Chaplin's masterpiece, *City Lights* has been ranked on more than seventeen "100 greatest movies of all time" lists. Orson Welles cited it as his favorite picture. *City Lights* is available for streaming on Amazon Prime, Hulu, HBOMax, Tubi and PlutoTV.
