Designed to strengthen, release and stretch muscle tensions, conditioning your body by increasing your range of motion and flexibility as well as overcoming back pain; improving your posture and circulation so you can exercise more efficiently, whilst keeping your body injury free. Welcome to Loki Welldone. We are an old-school basketball club. We focus on having fun playing and socializing afterwards. If you also like to play basketball, you've come to the right place!
