Lehrer sind vor Ort zur Beratung und Einstufung. Die Salsa Practica ist nicht gratis, sondern ein Bestandteil von der Party und im Partyeintritt inbegriffen. Practica Lehrer erkennt man an speziellen T-Shirts oder ein Schlüsselanhängern. Geht gerne aktiv auf die Lehrer zu, wenn Hilfe gebraucht wird. Man kann auch einfach kommen zum selber üben.

Designed to strengthen, release and stretch muscle tensions, conditioning your body by increasing your range of motion and flexibility as well as overcoming back pain; improving your posture and circulation so you can exercise more efficiently, whilst keeping your body injury free. Welcome to Loki Welldone. We are an old-school basketball club. We focus on having fun playing and socializing afterwards. If you also like to play basketball, you've come to the right place! Everyone (all genders) is welcome here. We usually play every Friday from 8pm - 9.30pm in Schulhaus Kartaus. We organize ourselves through the clubs whatsapp chat, but would like to offer external people to join us. We are usually 4-10 players, playing either 2v2, 3v3 or 4v4. Changing room and showers are available PS: Many members of our club used to play in a competitve Basketball team or another sports team (ex. soccer or handball).
