Domenica mattina, alle 11, nel verde di Villa Torlonia, ci prendiamo un’ora. Un’ora per rallentare il ritmo della settimana, rientrare nel corpo, respirare con più attenzione. Inizieremo con una pratica di yoga accessibile, per sciogliere tensioni e ritrovare presenza, e lasceremo poi spazio alla meditazione, senza forzature, senza aspettative. Non serve esperienza, non serve “saper fare”. Basta arrivare. Il contributo è di 10€. Before the new and beautiful can be built, the old, broken, and unnecessary must be cleared away. This process can be painful, but it is good, needful, and can produce wonderful results when done wisely and well. How does one break free from anxiety, comparison, or shame?
