**First time comers** Please make sure to read the rules and contact the organizer before! Otherwise you will be moved to waiting list. Apologies for inconvenience but we have to do it to avoid no-shows. **Games format.** 95% are double games (unless someone needs a break), typically 4 people play together 2 sets and then mix with players from other fields. We play with plastic shuttles - Yonex Mavis 2000 (which are provided). **Registration** If it's your first time, please send a private message to the host to confirm. No-shows are taken quite seriously because they unbalance the games a lot. Also once you register please keep an eye on you private messages, in case we need to contact you. **Players level** Having players with much less experience often unbalances the game making it much less interesting for more experienced players. We still try to be welcoming. As a rule of thumb, if you know what a "clear" is, you are welcome to join. Hello everyone, I’m a photographer and documentary filmmaker, and after many years working in this field, I’ve recently felt the need to create smaller, more personal workshops where people can really learn by doing and take time to explore their creativity. **On April 11th and 12th,** I’m organizing a 2-day mobile phone photography workshop in **Brussels, Chatelain area** from **10:30 to 15:00** each day. We’ll spend the time learning how to use our phones more intentionally — working with light, composition, framing, and understanding how to get the most out of the camera settings and retouching apps as **snapseed and lightroom.** The approach is very practical, with a mix of indoor and outdoor exercises, so you can immediately apply what you learn. Price is **180 eur** per participant for **2 days workshop** with food included, if you bring a friend or you are a student there is a **15% discount.** The group will be small **(max 6-8 people)**, which makes it easier to exchange, ask questions, and get individual feedback. It’s also meant to be a relaxed and creative experience — we’ll take breaks, have some good food, and enjoy the process of seeing things differently through the camera. If you’re curious about photography, want to improve your images, or just feel like doing something creative for a couple of days, you’re very welcome to join.

We will assess your level of Dutch, have conversations, you will learn some grammar, and you will get a custom advice for a training course, private or in a group. This session is open forum to share your current projects—whether complete or in progress, it’s all interesting! If you’re a beginner and want to experiment, I’ll have a couple of starter kits available so you can try things out—whether that’s blinking your first LED, putting something on a display, or experimenting with simple sensors. While we continue to pursue a more permanent venue for this Meetup, we’ll be using public library facilities based on availability.
