### ¿Qué son las constelaciones familiares? Una constelación familiar es un método que nos permite dilucidar esos eventos que han podido causar un impacto profundo, a partir del cual, la armonía familiar se ha visto perturbada, estas dificultades pueden ser tanto de convivencia, de salud, de profesión, de pareja, etc. y sobre las cuales no se tiene control. A través de la puesta en escena que nos permite la constelación podemos tomar conciencia del origen del conflicto. Recreando la organización de la familia, o de cualquier otro sistema, las relaciones dentro del mismo se hacen visibles y con ellas las causas que han generado el conflicto pueden aclararse. Los participantes observaron como las dinámicas no resultaron les han estado aparecido, a veces, desde la infancia. Esa visualización y las propuestas de reparación por el terapeuta, rescatan al “paciente” de la culpa y le permiten recrear una nueva y liberadora imagen de solución. ### ¿Cómo puedo hacer mi constelación familiar? ¿Qué hacemos? A las 20:00h tenemos una meditación budista guiada. La meditación tiene una duración de unos 25 minutos y es accesible y beneficiosa para personas de todos los niveles de experiencia. ¡AVISO! Si es tu primer dia te esperamos 10 minutos antes. ¡Estaremos encatados de recibirte! ¿Qué es el Camino del Diamante? El Buda dio instrucciones a tres clases de personas. Las primeras que deseaban evitar el sufrimiento recibieron las enseñanzas sobre Causa y Efecto, llamadas Camino Angosto (Hinayana). El segundo tipo de personas sentía la necesidad de beneficiar a los demás, por lo que les dio enseñanzas sobre compasión y sabiduría, llamadas Gran Camino (Mahayana). Finalmente a las personas que tenían una confianza sólida en su propio potencial y en de los demás, el Buda explicó enseñanzas del Camino del Diamante (Vajrayana). En este último nivel utilizamos métodos de identificación con la meta y actuamos como un Buda hasta que llegamos a ser como él. En el nivel más elevado, la meta, es el completo desarrollo de la mente, a lo cual denominó el Gran Sello (Mahamudra). ¿Quiénes somos? El Centro Budista Camino del Diamante de Barcelona forma parte de los más de 700 centros de meditación a nivel internacional de la tradición Karma Kagyu del Budismo Tibetano. Estos centros han sido fundados y guiados por Lama Ole Nydahl y su esposa Hannah Nydahl, de acuerdo con los deseos de H. H. XVI Karmapa. Ahora están bajo la guía espiritual de H.H. XVII Gyalwa Karmapa, Trinley Thaye Dorje. This being CBUSDAW, we think the answer is probably “yes”, but we’re not sure how to implement or test this theory. For our April meetup we’ve got Sara Kear, CMO of Condado Tacos, to investigate this delicious question.
