Hi! I’m new to pickleball and hoping to find friendly people who can teach me the basics and play some casual games together. If you already know how to play and don’t mind sharing a few tips with a beginner, that would be amazing. I’m also hoping to connect with people who know free or low-cost courts in Singapore where we can practise. Our first meetup will be to Mars Bar, located near Bugis. I've been before, the setting is great, staff are friendly and there's free live music every single night! We'll each pay for our own food and/or drink (let's support the venue by purchasing something), and get to enjoy what's likely to be some acoustic music that evening. It is pretty free and easy so if you might need to arrive late or leave early that's fine too. To join just RSVP and I'll help make the table reservation for the group. So the venue doesn't hold seats it doesn't need to, do let me know one day before if you're not able to make it anymore. Deriving from Cuba, Cha Cha is characterized by its fun and flirtatious hip movements, beautiful spins and figures, with a variety of upbeat rhythms.
