El Breathwork es una práctica de respiración activa y consciente que nos invita a entrar en un estado profundo de conexión con el cuerpo, las emociones y la energía vital. En esta sesión vamos a trabajar a través de un patrón de respiración específico que permite liberar tensiones acumuladas, desbloquear emociones estancadas y expandir la conciencia. La respiración se convierte en un puente: entre lo que sentimos y lo que muchas veces no podemos expresar con palabras. La propuesta es abrir un espacio seguro y contenido donde puedas entregarte al proceso, soltar el control mental y permitir que el cuerpo guíe la experiencia. Acompañaremos con música, guía verbal y momentos de integración para sostener todo lo que emerja.
